paul's towing was very helpful we were just passing through lincoln and my front wheel bearing on my truck decided to lock up so i called them which the were referred to me from my grandma she said they have serviced the lincoln for years and they are wonderful and just as most grandma's know best
Customer service is very poor. They say they can help you then turn around and say they can't telling you to call someone else.
Can't even answer their phone. Smh.
Worst experience with this company. Charged 55 for a jump start, costing you about 35 for some other firms. Very BAD attitude. Try avoid this company.
