Currys are just brilliant. Our router stopped working but oddly I could not find the receipt. I knew I bought it in April 15. I rang Know-how and they found the purchase and gave me the details. Apparently the manufacturer had put an extended warranty on it to 2 years so they told me to take it back to the shop and get a new one. 15 minute walk to the store and 5 minutes late I walk out with a new router and 5.00 because the current model is on offer! Why would I shop anywhere else?
Nice layout but everything can be had for cheaper online. Good for returns though!
Having been treated so rudely by a member of staff it took me 2 years to go back, this time I was treated with the most courtesy and respect by Liam and despite not having booked in for a service the computer was ready the next day, when we picked it up the courtesy continued with Darren, I would say that if you have like me had a bad experience give them another chance I'm so pleased that I did.
Staff are not very selling trained about goods on offer. They are helpful but this is not a place to go if you don't understand what you need.
Bought a computer 650. It keeps saying 'no internet connection' even though there is one and my old computer works fine. Shocking customer service. They would help me only if I pay them 50. That's for help with a computer I bought YESTERDAY.! BUT from Grimsby
Average PC World with staff of above average knowledge with a wonderful degree of wanting to help. Components are cheaper elsewhere and are often higher quality elsewhere.
Staff are helpful and are quick to come speak to you. 4 stars because price difference between in store vs ebuyer/aria/amazon is insane.
