This location should not be listed as a travel center. No showers. No food other than roller stuff and a few cold pre-made sandwiches. This is more like the Pilot gas stations in Tennessee than a Travel Center for commercial vehicles. I would have stopped at another Pilot just a few miles away if I'd known.

KLLM driver drove over the curb & rocks to pull into a spot bc he didn't know how to back into one. Employees got notified, came out to see it but done nothing about it. They must not care what so called drivers tear up on their property.
Clean store! Professional friendly staff, always willing to help. One of the best Pilot's I've been in. I drive a truck for a living. Been in almost all of them.
Waiting to see the Integrity of this store as I pulled up to get about 20-30 gals of fuel and to keep going i noticed the next day there was 40 dollars cash advance took off my fuel card which I didn't apply for at the pump. I called to explain i never went in or applied for a cash advance they looked at the film and it was an old white guy they gave the money to and they tell me sorry for your lose take a chance and fuel here be careful they have thiefs behind the register .
Smaller-than-average truck stop overall with great interstate access. The pump payment option wasn't working, and the bathrooms need help.
