Pine Lake Heights is such a great place to live!! The staff is friendly and they respond quickly to my questions and requests. The facilities are kept pretty clean too. One complaint I do have is that there is no change machine to get quarters from anywhere on the property. This is problematic as the washer and dryer in my apartment building only take quarters. Doing laundry can get to be expensive if you use the community washer and dryer. Other than that, I highly recommend this apartment complex.

They responded to my maintenance request on time. I have been here for over 5 years now, and they are a great place to live at. They have always been helpful and very responsive to my issues. I love living here.
It was done very quickly and John was very good and did a great job!!!
John is very polite and a gentleman. He’s professional at his work.
I did tell the office that although they did replace my oven door, it was not in great condition. It was pretty dirty and still has stains on it that I cannot wash off. I just want you to know that it came to me that way.
