Manager and both tellers are extremely rude. I asked for a new card, made a joke, two actually and the guy, Hunter didnt even pretend to laugh, just ignored me actually making me feel awkward. He then proceeds to announce with absolute disgust in his voice to the entire bank how many cards I've gotten remade. He then proceeds to tell me hes leaving a note so future banks will charge me extra for new cards. I asked him why when on my last card made the teller told me to come back anytime, never mentioning any additional charges. So I clarified that if I would have gone elsewhere would I not be charged? Basically this guy decided that I have to be charged when every other bank didnt want or need to charge me. I spoke with the manager who wasnt any friendlier. I'ce banked here for 7 years and I'm switching solely from this experience. I'd rather shoot myself in the foot then ever go back to this branch. Every other branch in town is amazing!

Always busy and has a homey feel for a bank.

Lady watched me pull up and run to the door then waited to lock it until I went to open the door then told me no and gave me a very dirty look and rolled her eyes. She was still standing there when I pulled off at 4:59. I know I was cutting it close but she was very rude about it.

Bank of the 18th century. The website is outdated. The customer service lines are useless and often non-functional. The phone numbers you can call to get help cannot actually make any changes. They have a poor notification system so you never have up to date information on your accounts.
