Remember this is a psychiatrist office that also takes medicine refills,when people can not get the meds they want ,when they want , the office staff must be stern, that is why clients and people get upset. As far as rating the service and office staff, they have ALWAYS been kind and respectful to my needs and concerns. Office staff do the very best they can to make everyone happy. Love this place. 5 stars still isn't enough. Keep up the great work. And Thank you

I really like Lisa, she is quick, precise and very knowledgeable. Her front desk staff however are not. I hate calling to make any kind of change with them. It honestly feels like a bad SNL skit. They're very condescending even for receptionists. Ironic since they work for the mental health field...
