Great place to get your taxes done. I dropped my info off and came back later to sign once everything was finished. Super convenient service, will be back again! Stop by to see the fish!!
We took our taxes in the summer of 2017. We were assigned to an older lady to do our taxes. She called twice asking for more info. I took the addition things to her and went through what I gave her previously. After several months I called and left a message. No one got back to me. I finally called and someone answered the phone. I was informed then that the lady who was working on our taxes had become ill and no longer worked there. I asked where my tax info was and she said Mike would called. Three more weeks went by and I hadnt heard from Mike so I called again and they promised to give Mike my message. Mike finally called, I explained what had happened and if they could find my file and finish my taxes. He said he would get back to me. Again another month passed and I called Mike directly. He thought I was another client and so I went over the circumstances again. He said he would look again and call me back. He finally called and said they did not have a file there. He said he would have owner call tomorrow. Next day came and went no called again. This time I received a text that said they can't help me and to call the lady that formerly worked there. When I replied I asked would my file be removed because I used their business. I never received reply.
Super helpful and very courteous! I was feeling overwhelmed by all the items I gathered to prepare to have my taxes done. Mike was extremely helpful and made the whole process easier. Will recommend to friends!
This is my to go place for taxes. This is my second time I did my taxes with him. Mike is very knowledgeable and nice to work with. Easy appointment scheduling, quick tax filing and relaxing environment. Would definitely do my future taxes with him.
