This is the billing department for Urgent Care of Lincoln. They were suppose to send our bill to our employer and they sent it to a random house. The billing department then called us 25 times (probably not even kidding) and we would give them our employers correct address every one of those times. Every time they called they said “yeah our back end department is suppose to be working on that”. Another week goes by, they call again, “our back end department hasn’t sent it to the new address yet”. Why call? So we physically took a copy of the bill to our employer. I successfully retrieved it online. My boyfriend couldn’t even get it from online and had to physically go in to urgent care to get a copy of the bill. Worst billing department ever! Dogs barking and kids yelling in the background. Also, not to mention it’s probably a HIPPA violation from sending it to a random residential address.
