I visited Pretty Panache yesterday to have alterations to my wedding dress. I was nervous beforehand, but I needn't have been. Lucy was amazing, she helped me and put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, they were so professional and friendly. They are going to add some sleeves to my dress as well as taking up the hem. I know I have left my dress in very safe hands. These ladies really do know their stuff when it comes to bridal wear. I would recommend Pretty Panache to all brides. 5 stars ladies.

For a first time visit, the staff were very comforting and made sure my appointment went smooth! They were very helpful and never pressured for a sale which was very appreciated. The only thing I was disappointed with was the small selection of dresses. If they had a bit more, I'm sure I would have found the one
