Rented a house through them and they were always prompt with maintenance. Super nice people, would rent through them again. They just didn’t have a bigger place when were looking. Would recommend!

Rented from them and was great! The apartment was upgraded and clean! Had to move out of town but great landlords for 2 years! Got my fair share of deposit back! Totally recommend!
Do not rent threw this company. Worst landlord I've ever had. They lost are rent one month. Charged us for a ton of unnessersary stuff off our deposit. the house was left in way better condition than we got it in and didn't get back most our deposit. All in all a huge pain to work with. The home was not in livable contrition when I moved in. I didn't have trash pick up for months after I moved in. After telling them the roof leaked and the house was not sealed up they did nothing. not to mention the dead animals in the basement. and the multiple times we had pest possums in our home. the house also had fleas and we have no pets.
Absolutely horrible! Do not rent from Propertys for you! You can see my full complant on BBB website.
