Casey took great care of me for my first ever bikini wax! I was nervous going into my appointment, but right away she reassured me she'd spray some numbing spray and it would all be fine. The wax was so warm on my skin and felt great- I giggled with Casey \the calm before the storm.\ I asked her if I was doing ok and she also reassured me I was doing great because I hadn't cussed hahahaha. She was very quick while still being professional. She also talked with me the whole time which took my mind off the slight pain. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be and I look forward to going back!

I first went to Megan and she was great and prices were unbeatable. Went to her for a few months then all of a sudden she stopped responding to my appointment requests, and for months I wasn’t able to reach her. Very unprofessional. I switched to Casey and she was great and very friendly. She spends quality time with you and provided suggestions with health/beauty outside of waxing.
