Exceptional service!!! I recently relocated to the area and was in desperate need of a service and repair. Roger and Regina went above and beyond to take the upmost care of my machine and kept me updated along the way. I knew I needed a repair but had no idea the internals looked the way they did until he opened it and gave me a peek. I can not find the words to thank them enough for the terrific work and great pricing. Roger had me back up and running (feels brand new) within a few days. If you are looking for sales, service, repairs or interested in an upgrade they have exactly what you need!!!! Roger was fantastic! I had a control board fail, and not only did he fix it for me, he brought me into his shop, showed me how to fix it, cleaned my vacuum up, and gave me a new air filter cover! Greatly appreciate the awesome service. I will never take my vacuum anywhere else.
