With your truck is in derated mode and you are desperate situation, your only concern is to get to the nearest shop and hopefully you don’t get ripped off financially and your issue is solved. I have to say that I was impressed with the service, got me in very fast and they’ve been very honest, and when I say this, they could very easy made up some unrealistic diagnostic and so they can charge a large amount of money for something that was not needed. I had a simple issue fixed quick and I was back on the road in no time. Kudos to you people for your honesty, professional attitude and decency. Truck drivers should know that if they ended up at your location they will be treated fairly and honestly.

Here, in the middle of North America, at Mack dealer (Rdo) the mechanics are real doctors. Here they found the problem of my truck in 10min, which the Canadians mechanics did not fund in 2 days and they sent me back on the road with not only 1 but 2 injectors problems on the engine. A big THANK YOU to RDO crew who fix my truck! I'm happy again!!!
Fine bunch of guys in there on a Saturday
Easy to get in and out of with a trailer, not far from the interstate. They are very friendly and quick.
We have a new Mack truck less than a year old. Saturday morning we were at our customer in Lincoln, NE waiting to load. When they called us to the dock door the truck would not start. This was at 3 am on a Saturday morning. We contacted the Mack 24 hr number and they said RDO Truck Center (the Mack dealer in Lincoln) didn't open until 8 am. I called them at 8 am and explained the situation and they said sorry they were busy we would have to come back Monday. I explained I was about to loose a 4,000 load because my new truck wouldn't start. The person I talked to seemed like he could care less about my situation. He referred me to a non-dealership roadside service. The road side guy was great but he didn't have the computer or software to see what the cause of the problem was. He spent six hours trial and error and finally got it started. We took the truck the next day to a Mack dealer in Kansas City and within just a few minutes and a diagnostic computer said the ignition switch was bad. My issue is I feel like the RDO Mack dealer in Lincoln could give a flip about trying to help us and after spending over 165,000 on a new Mack truck thats less than a year old I expect a more helpful response. If you have any option I would strongly recommend you not go to RDO. I am very unhappy and disappointed with RDO.
