Very unsatisfied I were paired with Francine through my credit union and right away she was so sweet and pleasant to talk to, What a relief right! This was my first time selling a house so I really were depending on her expertise as I had no idea what that process was like. Well that fell short as Francine missed quite a few marks on getting it done correctly which was so disappointing. Knowing the ins and outs is the realtors job ( so I thought) and not knowing simple things is costly to us as the client. I weren't told how to "properly stage" my furniture, I weren't told what things I should change to make my home more appealing to potential buyers and lastly my house was very over priced. I had went with Francine because of her years of experience and her over all warm personality. But after my house sat week after week with not 1 offer I knew I had to part ways and find someone else. After changing realtors and getting the pointers on staging and fresh appeal my home sold almost immediately at full asking price!! Having the right realtor is so crutial whether you are buying or selling. I really hope my experience with Francine is a learning experience as well as a heads up for others looking to become a client. Unfortunately Francine is not very open to feedback, ( during my experience) As I tried to communicate my concerns during our time together and they were quickly overshadowed by Francine reminding me of the great experiences she had with other clients. I wish my experience would have been better but this was not the case at all.
