We have been working with Reliant Transportation since 2016 on regular basis. They are great company, excellent communication, fast payment . Stephen Hanger is the one I work with. He does not mess around, get right to the point, , upfront and honest. He is very helpful and stay on top of their loads.
We have been working with Reliant now for almost 4 years and they are vital to supporting our ability to deliver agricultural/fertilizer products to our customers on a timely basis. Their promptness in response, communication, and availability of trucks is very good and we wouldn’t be able to operate our business without them. They are a key partner for us and will continue to be in the future.
My experience with Reliant began 12 years ago. I worked for a grain company and worked with the Reliant team. In 2010 I started my own company, I continued a working relationship with Reliant, there were times when I got in a pinch and needed help executing contracts and Reliant provided service. We were not competitors we were network partners accomplishing a common goal. 2017 I joined the Reliant team and I am proud to stand behind Reliant's mission and vision providing supply chain solutions with a high level of integrity and confidence.
We hauled a load for them and our driver was at their shipper for 6 hours, and they didn't pay us anything.
