CONS: Bathrooms are not the nicest and cleanest as describe. There were ants everywhere in the bathroom. The showers need to be where you can have your own private area to get ready not just walk out of shower and your butt naked in front of everyone trying to get ready. A campground with that size needs more bathroom and shower stalls. It would be nice to have the band that plays to stop around 10 -11 instead at midnight or after especially when you have kids that are trying to sleep. The firewood was wet and not dried out good enough to start a fire. The power poles that you hook up too needs to be replaced as my power box was about to fall off PROS: The owner was nice and came around asking if everything was going good so that was a plus. The sites are pretty level and large. Will i come back again....Yes and hope that some things have improved

This place is in a great location, within walking distance to the Talladega Tram stop. Rod Secor the camp owner is very personable and helpful. While they do have 30/50/water sites only there are bath house facilities on site which are kept very clean. Rod also has his own honey wagon to pump out your tanks daily if so needed, that means "YOU" don't have to haul it away. What; less work while camping for the race and I avoid any spills or accidents, sign me up for that option. This race weekend he has his own band entertaining both Friday/Saturday night; however, they do have set quite times so you can still get your beauty sleep. They can provide a metal fire ring for use at night and he offers on site fire wood and bagged ice for purchase. The sites themselves are huge, 25x100 so you have lots of your own space to setup camp. You can stay the weekend or up to 8 nights, we are here 6 nights for only 250. His prices vary depending on number of vehicles, guests and nights so review his web site. The booking was too easy, online message and Rod Secor responded in less that 8 hrs with my confirmation. He is only open during race weekends so next time or even this race weekend look him up, he still seems to have sites available before this race starts!
This place was absolutely amazing! The owner really cares about the experience his customers have, and works hard to make sure people are being taken care of. The campers of this campground were really nice and very respectful of each other. The grounds were well kept and very clean. The tracks main entrance is within walking distance. We will gladly stay here again!
Stayed here for race week and the stay was great. It was quiet, well maintained and the shower facilities were very clean. Rod the owner was very accommodating and was always checking up to make sure everything was OK. The park provided a band on the weekend that was quite good and a food trailer was parked at the entrance where you could buy some excellent BBQ. It is only a short walk to the tram that takes you to the track. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an RV park.
Great place for race camping. Awesome experience.
Awesome people awesome service super easy to get to the track especially for handicapped
This place is great, the owner Rod was an absolute legend. He helped us out after some RV trouble and could not do enough to help. Location is spot on just across from the track and very clean and tidy amenities and grounds. Well done and thanks Rod
Did not park an RV there, just looking for good places to do that at a future time. Nice place with all facilities one would need. I do plan on getting a spot here when I need it.
