Called them to aquire of they were taking on more clients. I was told they were and Sophie said she went send over a questinaire to fill out. She explained this was the easiest way to get all the questions answered. It took 3 days for her to send that to me. I finished it and sent it back. I waited for 4 weeks and noone ever contacted me. So I reached out again asking if there was anything else they needed from me because I hadn't heard back. This was over 2 weeks ago and still no response.

They are a great team to have in your corner. Very knowlegable, hardworking and honest. They have been doing our taxes for years and my folks even longer. They stay in business because they have a good reputation. We will continue to retain them for their services for years to come.
