Rural Leaders is focused on developing the leadership capability that enables our rural communities to flourish, and keeps New Zealand at the forefront of global agribusiness. Our role is to nurture and grow New Zealand’s two foremost leadership programmes (Kellogg Rural Leadership programme and Nuffield NZ Farming Scholarships) for the primary sector, while strengthening connections between our network of alumni members.
