I went to Sage and bought a package a few hundred dollars. In the first meeting their goal weight for me was a BMI that was far larger than what would get me in a normal BMI. I checked with my doctor and she said that it was unnecessary for me to gain that kind of weight. Since they had different goals than me and my doctor it was clearly not a match, but they won't refund the money. Unethical. Honestly I hate giving 1 star reviews, and Emily was really nice. But I am just really upset about them taking hundreds of dollars.

My experiences at Sage Nutrition were outstanding. Both the mindful eating coaching with Emily and the movement coaching with Cathy were helpful, respectful and moved me forward in my journey toward better health. Highly recommend to anyone!
