My uncle needed to close out his account. Mr Reuben Furnas was extremely helpful and friendly, making sure all paperwork was current and transfer was successful. He has helped my uncle before with a complicated banking matter. I was impressed with Mr Furnas' knowledge and service. 5 stars

Long time business customer. I recently moved from Boston and this branch is now the closest branch to my house. The first time I showed up the branch manager was closing early and I was unable to make transaction. I came back a few days later and was barred entry to the lobby because “I didn’t have an appointment.” I explained that that was fine- could I make an appointment for now? There were three tellers and ZERO customers in store. I explained I had about 10 checks to deposit as a business customer. I was informed that I would need to get back in my car and use the drive up or the ATM. Anyone with many checks knows that this doesn’t work very well. Check deposit on the app also wasn’t accepting my checks. It truly felt like they were going out of their way to make things more difficult for me as a customer. My old branch was the opposite and I’m truly surprised to encounter this type of behavior from Santander. Now I’ll need to decide if there is another I branch I can frequent instead or if this is worth closing my account over and finding a bank that cares about my business. Update: Drove up to the Woonsocket location instead and had a MUCH better experience. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes from now on. Good luck to this branch.
While living in Rhode Island, I always enjoyed coming to this Bank, always come with my father, I probably will stop in sometime or another, but the staff is always friendly and I give Dorothy 6 Stars fore actually going on foot to mail a letter for me regarding a transaction that was made in my account because I do not have the internet or access to online banking, thank you so much!
Currently having a bad experience with this branch because a representative, named Dorothy, set up a new business bank account for me but failed to enroll me in online banking even though we discussed enrollment and the next steps at length. Because of this, I wasn't able to link Paypal and deposit the minimum amount (3k) to qualify for the 250 bonus incentive. Just sloppy and lazy if you ask me and this is my first experience with Santander - definitely not happy.
manager's really nice and the financial analysts inside gave me good tips on budgeting and investing.
