After the day I was having, it was such a pleasant surprise to have Scott be so kind and helpful and get to my car so quickly! Hopefully I won’t need anymore roadside assistance, but if I do, I’d be thrilled to use his company again.
Was assigned to them via Ford Roadside assistance. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with ford explaining every detail of what the issue was. After I hung up and they assigned my case to Scott's Towing, the company called me and asked which tire was flat, if I had a spare, allllllll the answers I just answered. Then he very rudely says he has to ask these questions so he knows what tools to bring. I say ok. He then proceeds to hang up on me. Ha! Don't waste your time.....
Scott showed up and got my vehicle to the Ford dealer in a timely manner! Couldn't have asked for better service. Would recommend his services again.
Scott was the most genuine man. I called to get a tow through my insurance to a shop but he was able to fix my tire on site and was extremely nice. 10/10 reccomend!
