I have had my car serviced several times at Sears Auto. I have had my oil changed, purchased new tires, had them rotated and aligned. Zach provides excellent customer service and patiently answers all my questions but doesn't try to sell me unnecessary services. Sears has great coupons and rewards program. Plus I can hang out in the mall while my car is in the shop. Thanks for everything!

Zach at the Auto Center did a great job outfitting my car with the perfect set of new tires. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and everything was in order for the entire repair process. We couldn't be happier with the customer service we received or with the products we purchased. The car drives much better now and their mechanic (Taylor) did a great job. I am very particular when it comes to who works on my vehicles and I would definitely trust Sears to do more work for me in the future. Thank you Zach and crew!

By far the worst ever.! The staff are not at all helpful. I had a flat tire on my bike and asked if I could use their air hose. They made me wander between saying the other one has it.! N after insisting a sales guy named 'Blake' made me wait for 40 mins and he started to ignore me when I was standing right in front of him! It was so pissing off. I just bought a pump, used it and returned it. Didn't want to do that in the 1st place, but they didn't bother to care for their customers! N on top of that when I bought the pump, I felt he like he spoke in a mocking way too. And the worst part is he didn't even know how to open it from the package.! I used to frequent that place often, but Am never going there again.!

don't go here, I paid 800 bucks for tires that I'm almost positive are retreads, even had another mechanic confirm at least one of them were. They don't go through the manufactures' warranties, they have their own messed up system that's specifically designed to bone you and still get your money. There are far better places with far better services. Just putting on the tires I was there for almost 6 hours, they even told me it shouldn't take more than 2 total, yes I was there on time. Go some where else.

Went here yesterday to get an oil change and today I find oil underneath my car. I've never had oil leakage problems so I don't know what they did. They also didn't go over any of the paper work/snapshot with me. Which I feel like they should've because I failed the alignment test on it and several fluids said they needed to be topped off or checked. Probably won't go here again. Didn't seem like they had enough help to make time for each customer.

They were quick to call...and inform me they haven't had an alignment tech for the past couple of weeks and wouldn't be able to complete my scheduled alignment. They get a star for that I guess.

Made an appointment on Monday, they asked what the issue was, i told them there was a screw in my tire near the side close to the sidewall. Person on the phone said to bring it in, made an appointment for Friday (earliest day i could get in). When i get there the guy there looks at me like i'm an idiot when i walk in, asks what the problem is. I let him know i had an appointment about a screw in the tire. He asked me what i wanted to do about it.....really?....i told him it needed to be fixed or replaced and that was what they needed to figure out. Guy takes offense, I go inside, he comes back and says it needs replaced and that they do not have one in stock so it has to be ordered and can take up to 2 weeks. I asked him what i am supposed to do for 2 weeks with a screw in my tire, he said it could have been prevented if i let them know on the phone what the issue was. I told him i did, he said i was wrong because he would have answered that phone. Conversation went on for awhile back and forth, he apologizes that i am not educated enough to know what i should and shouldn't tell them. The guy is a joke. After this tire is fixed (in 2 weeks apparently) i will not be back. *UPDATE* The manager from the omaha store got ahold of me and we worked everything out at the omaha sears auto store. They are good people up there.

They have great prices on tires - the best in town in my experience. Usually the tires can be installed quickly and without an appointment as well.
