It took ages! I was digitizing an audio casette from 1999. After 2 weeks of waiting I had to call them. I got my casette back, however, the casette's paper insert (list of songs, artists' names, etc.) was damaged. There were coffee stains (sic!) all over it. The Dropbox worked perfectly. I will use a different services next time.
