Knowing that the number one complaint of a massage customer is that they did not receive the massage they requested, we focus on providing that communication and clarity of what a person wants in a massage treatment. Our staff provides a professional experience where customers learn about how massage can benefit on their wellness journey. I opted for a 90 minute massage with Tonia. It was amazing and I will be going back again soon. She was very communicative, asking if I wanted more or less pressure and very nice to chat with. It was quite relaxing and if you have the time and opportunity I would highly recommend Simple Wellness!

Today I had my first massage at Simple Wellness. Upon arriving, there was a mishap in what time the therapist thought my appointment was, suppose to start at 9:30, she was available by 9:50am. This stressed me out a tad, HOWEVER; when speaking with the Therapist, she was extremely apologetic. Sometimes mistakes happen. Not only was I impressed with my massage, I received a call from Ben a couple hours later with more apologies, a full refund on my massage today, and a gift card for the future. I am extremely impressed with how they handled this situation and fully confident that I will be returning. Mistakes and Human Error can happen, how a company handles it determines the strength and core values in that business. Thank you, Simple Wellness!
