I have gone to Jerry for several years now. I lost track of him where he was located at but found out he was just off \O\ on 31 st.. He has fixed TVS , VCRS for years for me and never charged me a fee to see what the problem was and if he couldn't fix it or it was too expensive he would tell me so I could look for a new one. I also take electronic equipment to have him recycle as to not put it in the landfill which he does for free. He has fixed some stuff that I didn't think was possible. Give him a try.

Service good for TV lamp replacement and picture great on screen. Sound still out, would have easily been 5 star, but awaiting for a while for repair.
We love this place. We hate to throw things away if they can be fixed. We've worked with them twice with great results both times. Plus, they're affordable!

My tv screen went black, only audio. I called many other repair shops because I wasn’t sure if this is something repairable or not and due to COVID-19 I am really not intended to go out unless required. Most of them asking for diagnostic charges from 30-50 and I need to take the TV set to their shop. Finally I made a call to Slidewire and to my most surprise he (Jerry) was giving me instructions over the phone to diagnose the issue, I am truly layman in that area so it didn’t worked out, he asked me to bring it over for diagnosis and if repairable feel free to leave the TV, if not then should leave with TV :):), like many others he is also running a business to earn money but he has a cause to help as well..that impressed me a lot. I took my TV to the shop, got it guaranteed repaired, now it’s back home up and running. Price aspect is also affordable, very much considerable during the current circumstances.
