I came into our slumberland in Lincoln, NE to purchase a bed for a cancer patient on behalf of our nonprofit Lynette's Angels. I had to come in on two different days and worked with two different people as the original guy was off work. John the first gentleman I worked with was extremely nice and very knowledgeable in the beds that I was looking at... then the second gentleman, Chase, was equally as kind and knowledgeable with the beds as well! After telling our story, both John and Chase said they would talk with the store manager and we were able to use a 100 coupon off our purchase! I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service received, the affordable pricing, and overall ease of purchase. So kudos to John and Chase...you were able to help a man battling cancer no longer have to sleep on a blowup air mattress!

I wish I could remember the name of the associate that helped me because he was a professional through and through. My grandmother can be a bit, wel grandmother-y and he handled all her questions like a consummate professional. Loved shopping here and I will be returning for my next furniture purchase. The process of purchasing and having your furniture delivered was quick and easy, and delivery was scheduled for a lightning fast 6 days. I wish all my furniture adventures were this quick and painless
