Great family friendly martial artists here. If you are looking to be a serious threat like UFC or bellator mma ready then look elsewhere but if you or your child would like to learn how to defend themselves then this is the place. I'd recommend Swanson to maybe train kids for wrestling and jiu jitsu too. This is a great place that reminds me of when I was training taekwondo as a child, would recommend anyone to try it out but like I said if you are looking to become a ufc star then travel up to omaha or Denver to find pro mma gyms, great way to get your foot in the door, learn to be disciplined, respect others, and "hard work pays off, all black belts used to be white belts, but they never gave up!"

The encouraging, positive atmosphere is what attracted us to the school in the first place. The creative, friendly instructor team is what got our whole family involved, including our special needs child. The individualized coaching, high standards, and kindness kept us coming back---even after 2 major surgeries. What started out as something for the kids to do in the summer has become our second home. The Swansons make you feel like part of their martial arts family. Highly recommend!
