My time spent at the South Lincoln Family Dentistry was well spent. The Dentist was very thorough. She took her time with me and she was very gentle. At the end she explained what work I need done and assured me that the would work in the best way to get it done. Also, the staff was very kind and pleasant.

Super great experience. Really happy with the dental hygienist I saw as well as Dr. Bergman. They both had warm and kind energies. The receptionist staff was very friendly and helpful. They contacted my insurance company and broke every cost down while offering multiple payment plan options. This info was ready when I finished the appointment. The transparency is rare and greatly appreciated. Clean new office. Highly recommend!

Came to South Lincoln Family Dentistry after my normal dentist couldn’t fit me on for months when I missed my appointment, I had only intended to visit once then go back to my normal dentist as I don’t live in Lincoln. After my first experience I made the decision to make this office my permanent location. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and make sure to tell you ahead of time what to expect for payments after insurance during your next visit. The dentist told me she would not charge me for X-rays as I was worried about the cost due to having them done 7 months prior from my hometown dentist. When I came back for what I thought was going to be a deep cleaning and some cavity work, the dentist told me she spoke with other dentists at other offices to get feedback on the best route for my case. She advised me she wanted me make sure I was getting the best care and not give too much work if it wasn’t necessary. She walked me through everything she was doing as she did it and made sure I felt no pain throughout the entire procedure. During the cavity work, the dentist (I cannot remember her name) and assistant worked together as a great team and maintained great professionalism the whole time. I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards this office for my first and second time experiences. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental office. 5 stars in my book and I look forward to working with this location in the future.
