James provides EXCELLENT service. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to make house calls on short notice. His prices are very reasonable. He's also a genuinely nice guy who goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Case in point: I had mentioned in passing that I would like to get a flat screen monitor someday (I have early stage cataracts). Stan found a used one for 20 and showed up at our door one day asking if we'd like it. For 20 (no profit for him), he gave us the computer and installed it for us for free! You won't get that level of service from a big box store or an overseas tech support call center!! Stan is my man!
