You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting someone with this company to answer or return a phone call. Absolutely terrible. I left this review months ago and this guy has still not returned my multiple phone calls, I still haven’t gotten someone to pick up my recycling but I continue to receive a bill every month. Absolutely ridiculous. 0 Stars.

I think they had a few issues to work out to begin with, but overall a great experience. The owner is one of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. To me, it's not about the problems you have, but how they are taken care of and Star City will go above and beyond to take care of you.

We've only ever dropped off. But you can drop off 24/7. Thanks goodness for this company! Even take appliances and electronics. When we drop off during work hours they help unload and are the NICEST people. 6 stars would be better!

This company is terrible. Very un-professional. Never on time to pick items up. You will be better to recycle on you own.
