Would give less if I could. We reserved a floor scrubber and when picked up was notified it needed to be charged. We only have it 24hrs it should have been charged already. I asked how long it takes they said about an hour. We let it charge for that long and turned it on after two passes down a 16ft isle it died. It wouldn't hold a charge and when I called them I was told to leave it charging over night, we had people coming to paint that evening and had to open for business the next day we couldn't wait another day. It through a wrench in our plans on having our floor cleaned and painted. We ended up taking it back and going somewhere else.
