Excellent company! I want to thank everyone at Sunroom Views for finishing my sunroom & deck the way it was intended. I can't say enough the way it changed my house. We enjoyed Christmas & New years in our new sunroom with family. They worked extra hard before Christmas to make it happen for us. I would definitely recommend Sunroom Views to anyone!!!!!

My job is still not done. 7 months after signing the contract. Owner James Boutin will tell you this is everyone's fault except his. I am worn down from this. He owns the Nebraska Four Seasons Sunrooms franchise but he is SO BUSY...just ask him. He will be too busy for you too. Good luck to you if you sign a contract with this company.

Came out to take a look, so I could get an estimate. Never heard back. Four Seasons national reached out to me to see how my experience was and I told them I'd never heard back. They assured me they would contact the local company and get back to me. Nope. I'll give them one more chance because I really like the life room. Sent a message through the website. Nope. Guess I'll give someone else my money. Oh wait I also emailed them directly. So tried to contact them 4 different ways! Update: Company replied back with some BS about easements and codes and that they tried to contact me. So you're telling me building a covered deck roughly the same size as my current deck is illegal (doubt that and I will confirm with the company that will be doing the work). Maybe so, but does that excuse the poor communication that leads me to try to get a hold of you in FOUR DIFFERENT WAYS!!! What's petty is blaming your customers for your poor service as you've done in multiple reviews.

After our initial meeting (Aug 29) for a screened in deck you said you would send 2 estimates, one for the screened in portion and one for the living space remote screens. We did not sign any contracts because you were going to email the estimates. Two weeks later I called to find out where our estimates were. You said you'd email them by Friday of that week, which would've made it 3 weeks from our initial meeting. Now it's Oct 4 and we still haven't seen our estimates. We never received any communication from James since our first meeting.
