Just an FYI, my Sprint phone is no longer receiving phone calls on the combined T-Mobile network. I brought it in to T-Mobile & they say I need to buy a new phone. So even though I paid for my older LG G6 2yrs ago, it has no trade in value & all I get is a lousy 50 credit towards a new phone

I just wanted to change for your company with my number and the only option that your sellers saw was to give me 4 lines in post payment, It would not have been bad but I think they did not look for the solution to my problem.

Terrible. Worst customer service ever. Been a loyal sprint customer for 20 years and t-mobile messed it all up. They lie and then add things on your bill then they add extra lines you dont need for phones you dont have and charge you. They are rude and useless. Im leaving and will never do business again with them.
