After doing a bit of research to find mufflers that wouldn't void my Harley warranty and still provided great sound and performance, I decided to go with the B.A.M. Sticks with the Zombie baffles. It was a great choice and I am really happy with them. After about a year and 30K miles, they started to rattle and needed to be repacked. I called TAB Performance up and they sent me a brand new set of baffles with the packing. I can't say enough about their customer service. I was already happy with the mufflers but am overjoyed with their service. Thank you!

Purchased Tab SOFTAIL LONG CHROME TIP COMPATIBLE EXHAUST PIPES with chrome end and long louvered core baffle. I chose these mufflers as they were the only stock-looking mufflers available for 2018 Fat Boy. They use stock heat shields and muffler sticks out past them a short ways. All dealings with the company were positive. Quality of products seems excellent and shipping was fast and without incident. Installation was easy and when finished it is almost like stock which is what I wanted. There is one nit-picky thing that bothers me a little bit about final fit. It's very minor but the muffler sticks out a bit more than stock - even though I installed it as far forward as the mounting holes allowed. Again, not a big deal - just a nit-pick. One other suggestion would be to provide (or at least be able to point to) sound clips to help deciding between baffles. As it is I chose louvered but not sure that was the right choice now. I was after deep and while the louvered are a great improvement sound-wise over stock they are not as deep as I would like. The zombie baffle might have been a better choice but was unable to compare the 2 in this configuration. That said, the model is so new I understand the difficulty in providing sample clips. All in all very satisfied although with product and experience but wish I could try zombie baffle.
