NOT WPRTH IT. DO NOT BUY! I am a STUDENT and i used my savings to buy a 1300 pound laptop from Currys and bought an insurance from team know-what? ( knowhow). After a month i encounter some problems and called them to help me fix it ( every call takes about an hour) their suggestion every time was to reinstall windows which i did 5 times. Then for a while the laptop worked fine and then again i had a ploblem with the mouse. I called them and they asked me to reinstall windows which i declined for obvious reasons so they asked me to bring it to the store and book a repair. Which i did 7 days after they called me to go and picke it up. In my surprise the laptop WAS NOT FIXED. So took it back and booked another repair after 8 days since i did hear from them i asked them for my 7-day money back guarantee. Apparently is such a promise is not guaranteed. SO YOU KNOW IF YOUR ITEMS IS UNDER MANUFACTURES WARRANTY so for the first 1-2maybe sometimes 3 years such a promise does not count because "Manufacturers warranty overpowers the team knowhow". In other words your insurance collects from you 11 pounds a month for two years with no worth to it. That is 240 pounds for no reason at all. Thanks but no thanks

First I had a washer deliverd it did one wash and that was it ordered another yet again we will.deliver between 7am -7pm so day of work again they phoned said they would be with me in half hour 2 hours later driver takes it of lorry says you don't want this one its dinted so took it back and he would sort delivery out for next day never took first washer away so thought I would phone knowhow just in case,good job I did drivers can't do i went back to currys argument with them ordered another which ment another day of work that's now 3 days without pay the 3Rd washer came at 8.30 very nice men so in all not impressed with service from currys and definitely not with knowhow will not be using either of them again
