3 in a row haven't been either given the correct vehicle or a booking been allocated! It's not difficult to read notes and follow instructions for myself (being not so able) so not sure the level of intelligence and ability is to work for this service? I’ve have used hospital transport for since 2015, but haven’t used them for a couple of years, because I’ve not been out of the house, now I’m being told I’m not entitled or eligible to use them because I get pip, is this right?
