I'm so impressed with the customer service at the Auto Connection! I brought my vehicle in back in October for an oil change, tire rotation, and to diagnose a check engine light that had recently come on. They were able to diagnose the problem as a blocked catalytic converter and O2 sensor. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, Pete not only described the issues they solved, but brought me back into the shop to show me my old, blocked catalytic converter and the cracks that were in my muffler causing rattling noises. They took the extra time to get me the right O2 sensor for my Cadillac after the part they received wasn't correct. When the check engine light returned reading the same code, I brought my vehicle back in to diagnose and they were able to perform a software update that cleared the code free of charge. As a student who is new to the area, I appreciate the transparency, honesty, and thoroughness at the Auto Connection. I recommend highly.
I went in to get my car checked because it was shaking so violently. I was literally freaking out because I thought it was gonna be at least a 300 repair. Come to find out it was just mud, dirt and ice. They fixed up my car really quickly 30 mins and even test drove it to make sure it was safe for me. The repair only cost me 125. They really went the extra mile and I appreciate that. 5/5 Stars. Thank you so much !!
My experience was awesome! Having the vehicle you depend on not work is far from fun. Yet, The Auto Connection, makes it easy to get your vehicle in for a tune up!
