I've been using Carpet House for the past 12 years for all my home flooring needs. Amanda is amazing about getting to my house to get measured, staying late when I need to see flooring and arranging for her father John to install. All the products bought so far, including my Kardean floors, have been installed with accuracy AND they stand behind their work.

We used the Carpet House for all of our wood and tile flooring in our 1200 sq ft addition, including the shower walls for our bathrooms. Quality flooring with great prices. Ask for Amanda and she will make sure you are taken care of. Prices were comparable to major name box stores, and mostly better with many more choices. Certainly recommend this business when Amanda is helping. She's awesome!!

March 19, 2017 UPDATE to my post below, that was posted about 6 months ago. Yesterday, March 18, 2017, I received a check in the amount of 178.34 from Amanda Laurence of The Carpet House. She, refunded my money for the cost of the area rug that was unsatisfactory when delivered to me last summer. She did not have to do this, as I did not ask her for the refund. It is greatly appreciated, thank you very much Amanda. I wish I could write a five star review for this company but I can not. If you want prompt service, go somewhere else. Also, do not pay upfront as I did. After I paid 4,332.37 for four rooms of carpet, I had to hound them to get a date for installation. On the day of installation they measured and cut an area rug which needed to have the edges bound. It took ten weeks and several visits by the store before they got the area rug to me. It is worthless. Very poor binding on the edges, frayed. Also, the gentlemen that does the installation was very nice to me but was very verbally abusive to the workers. The way he spoke to them made me very uncomfortable. The work was very good, but not worth the trouble for me.

I worked at carpet house for two months. As a customer I would never use them. On over half the jobs they take back carpet , tile . hardwood tile, back to store to resale that the customer has paid for. At one job they took 8 boxes of hardwood tile back to store to resale. go in an ask for renmants or overstock flooring . chances are you might see left over flooring from your house that you paid for an the kept. To work for -- they have no respect for there help. by far most hate full people I have ever worked for. with little pay . they will lie to you about what they are going to pay you an giving you cash for cash jobs. STAY AWAY

We were told a certain carpet would cost 3.50/sq ft installed. After installation we received the bill stating that the cost was almost 1/sq ft more. When asked they lied about what they had initially said and made no attempt to make it right.
