I ordered flooring to get sent to the store and the tracking information wasn’t updating. I called and a lady checked into it and called me within 10 minutes to let me know it was delivered and ready. Garrett and Dusty were very helpful getting my pallet loaded up for me. There were a couple boxes damaged on from shipping. They gave me some options on how to make it right. I ended up getting those boxes discounted. They even gave me candy while I waited. :) Super helpful people!

Awesome! The young lady that helped me was so kind and gave me all the info that I needed. The greeters were kind and made me feel welcome. After being helped the ease of finding things in the store was made simple. Next time I'm in Nebraska and need something I will head to this Home Depot.

Attendant need to be with some kind of ill will and carelessness to be hired! ZERO Start is NOT AVALIBLE to describe how BAD IS THE SERVICE AND THE PEOPEL THAT WORK HERE! Level of service is absurd!!! As a PRO-Desk customer I'm closing all my accounts and services for good with HOME DEPOT! Service is DREPRESSING!
