Ordered a voucher through the website for The Little Pottery Studio for my sister-in-laws birthday present and did not receive anything. I tried for a long time (months) to get in touch with the business but didn't get a response from them. Thankfully they have now replied and I've been able to get a refund. They were very apologetic and sorted it out with no fuss in the end. I'm grateful for them sorting this in the end as I was worried I'd lost out on the money I'd spent.

Enjoyed painting, refillable hot drinks, didn't feel rushed, friendly staff. Good creative way to spend some time. Excited waiting to see finished result

Very narrow space. We came for a children's birthday party and I stayed with my daughter. The only available seats are for those taking part in the pottery session. The parents had to stand and there was not enough space to move around. I admire their business idea but they need a bigger venue.
