I pick up ordered merchandise there so not to fimilar with it but very friendly and looks like a great shop im also really into counted cross stiche but doesent look like thats what they sell again think its a great store

I love the variety and options, I'm not in love with the customer service. I've been over charged more than once which they fixed when I called. I've been scoffed at when I have told them some items were out of my budget. Today I walked in and one other customer was there and I wasnt aknowledged until I asked questions. I got home and realized after spending 70 I wasn't asked if I wanted my yarn wound (at this time I was the only customer in the store). I miss the old owner and staff.
