Picked up our tiles yesterday, we ordered them last week over the phone with Mike the manager. What a great guy very helpful and professional he is a credit to Tile Giant, if anyone out there needs tiles ask for Mike at Tile Giant Lincoln.

Very helpful staff. Served by Mike who was very helpful. Despite restrictions due to Covid, they were exceptional in ensuring no cross contamination. The only place I've seen the card key pad cleaned between customers! As a nurse, was even more delighted with the 20% off too. When I went back for more tiles, they were just as helpful and the service was constantly high. They also had the tiles I really wanted, with stock that I could take away, and very reasonably priced. Well done team! Can't fault anything about my experience.
