We rented 1 suit from here for our wedding. It was a small straightforward order. When our wedding was postponed from April to august we received email confirmation that TTT had moved our rental order to the new date. When I called 2 weeks before the new date they again confirmed that they had the rental scheduled so we were all set. When I called the day before the wedding (since we had not received a pick up call) TTT informed me that they did not have the order on file. This was not what I wanted to hear when 1) I had confirmed the order multiple times and 2) our wedding was the very next day. TTT had a suit overnighted based on the measurements. We picked up the suit the day of the wedding and the pants were huge on my dad...very clearly not the right size. So the day of the wedding my parents were rushing around trying to find a solution and ultimately had to pay for suspenders to hold them up. It may just be the location on 48th and normal, but we had a less than ideal experience with them.

Good service but I tried to return my tux today and saw that their winter hours had changed to end at 6 PM which caused me to return my tux extra late. Providing picture so others don’t return theirs late due to this. Would request that these hours are updated on google maps to reflect this change as well.

We went to Tip Top Tux on Normal Blvd here in Lincoln for all of our Tux needs! They were very great during the whole process. We brought in a fabric color sample of the bridesmaid dresses and they were able to perfectly match the color with ties and I was so impressed with the look! We ended up going with dark gray suits with dusty rose ties for all of the groomsmen, a light gray suit with a champagne gold tie for my husband, and additional suits for the officiant, dads, and ring bearer. Shoes, socks, and all accessories were included in our price! We ordered ours during their rent one get one free sale and so each groomsman ended up getting half off of their suits. I believe they paid around 140 for two day rentals for the full suit, vest, shoes, socks, cuff links, all the works! We even had a little day-before emergency and they were so great and figured it out! They accidentally ordered our ring bearer’s shoes in an adult size instead of child so they had them express shipped to us. This one was our fault, we accidentally ordered brown shoes to go with the black suits, but when we realized our mistake the day before the wedding they also had those express shipped and even offered to deliver them to us which was GREAT customer service! I loved the ease of the whole process. All of our groomsman were able to go to ANY tip top in their area, pay the deposit, and have the measurements sent to ours in Lincoln. They were also able to go to any bridal shop to be measured They even gave me a coupon for 50 off of my dress cleaning and preservation so I am excited to do that!
