Awesome customer service !! Every one we spoke to or interacted with at the Pine Lake location in Lincoln, NE. was kind, helpful, genuine and prompt. Everyone was helpful- Steve Birch especially fully explained all the info/everything we needed, made us feel well informed in our options, as well as confident in our selections / purchase. I definitely recommend this company, especially this particular location and team. I'm grateful for their help with my mother's vehicle; how hassle and stress free they made this process for me. I needed a new set of tires! I called several places to get estimates. I called Wednesday around 4pm. Todd gave me my options and prices (which was the best prices I got)! He said he could get the tires in the next morning. I dropped my car off when they opened and my car was ready to go by 9:30! Great service & quick!!! Will definitely be going back and will recommend to family & friends!

I don’t know much about cars or repairs but I go to this place every time. They have affordable services and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions as best as they can.
Took my car in to have the tires changed here, only to later find out that 2 of the 5 wheel studs at one wheel have been destroyed and one has been bent. I can even see where they used an angle grinder to cut one of the studs in half. Photos attached. I am surprised that they let this kind of thing out the door, awfully dangerous. Now i am afraid to check to see if they did the same thing on my other 4 wheels. Please add an option to for 0 stars, this cost me more to repair than the tires TO Haas put on
Not very often these days can you walk into a place of business and have service while you wait. That is exactly what happened for me at T. O. Haas Tires. I was on my way home from work and had already stopped at several tire places to see if they could repair my tire while I waited. They all said could I bring it back this afternoon or could I leave it and they would give me a ride home and pick me up later that day etc. etc. It was so refreshing and I was so surprised to get a yes at T. O. Haas Tires! That is the kind of can-do spirit that goes a long way in wanting to do future business with them and recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again… You made my day!
