Ask for Kevin, Called ahead. He explained that they do not take appointments and it was first come first serve. There was 3 people ahead of me I needed 2 tires had me in and out with an hour and 15 min. Great service and fast. They don't sell used tires and they do have Veterans discounts but not on already discounted items.

The first one I went to didn't have the tires I needed but directed me to one that did. The first had a little play area my toddler could be entertained with and the other didn't but that's a minor thing. I know little kids don't like long waits.
Had a battery issue to where my car wouldn't start and needed to be jump-started. The battery was a little over 2 years old which, in this subzero weather, can rapidly degrade a battery once it gets to be two more more years old. The other issue was that my battery was not under the hood, in the trunk, etc. like most cars -- it is located behind the driver wheel well cover which in this weather means taking it to the shop as the wheel and wheel well cover must come off to replace it. I was quoted two to four hours for replacement upon check in -- luckily I had the day off and had all day to wait if need be. Even though I was told that I'd most likely have to wait all day, which was fine by me -- I'd be happy to wait all day if it meant I could get a new battery installed -- I don't even think I waited there a full hour -- my car was ready to go and after some driving around town and on I-80, my CEL for the low voltage issue went away. I've used another TO Haas location for brake service and received quality service as well for reasonable cost. I know where I'm going for tires/alignment when this weather is behind us.
Love this place! I’ve taken my vehicles to them for years and they consistently have the best customer service and quickest turn around time.
I was very pleased with the service I received. I was so relieved that they were open at around 7:30am. I had found my car with two slashed tires. Kevin was very helpful when I asked him to reccomend a tow service and was ready to service my car. They fixed several much needed repairs on my car. I was very pleased overall. Thank you!
