Can't fault them, safety is sorted out, they serve the trade, public as well as click and connect. I check their stock of a product before I go in, give them the part number and as you'd expect, pretty seamless.

Would like to thank the staff for their efforts and support with all my orders in testing times. Even when I was mistaken and book a order from Newark and I turned up in lincoln. The very helpful member of staff called the other store and changed it so I didn't pay again. That sort of service never happens at screwfix your told to call the number even though I'm standing there. Toolstation for me from now onwards as its much simpler and 10 times more helpful. The staff are always helpful and very quick. I rarely have to wait. They give excellent service and usually everything is in stock. I always go there and click and collect is really useful.
Just visited the Sunningdale branch of Toolstation to collect my Click and Collect order. Order was placed and within minutes I had an email to say it was ready for collection. There was only one person in front of me collecting. There is a one way system and the footpath clearly marked with the 2 metre distance tapes. I was served cheerfully by Gordon who promptly and safely got my goods. Excellent service.
Everytime I've been here, I have received exceptional service. Something you don't get alot of nowadays, most place's think you're doing them a favour by using their service.
