Excellent customer service! They did a GREAT job explaining the results of the sleep study. When I needed a different mask, they were very good about getting me an appt quickly and taking care of that for me. I would definitely recommend Total Respiratory!!!

HOME SLEEP STUDY. WATSE IF 300 DOLLARS. STUDY DIDNT REGESTER CORRECTLY OF HOW I SLEEP. WHEN THEY CALLED TO ASKED IF SOMEONE GOT BACK TO ME I SAID YES AND LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE FINDINGS AND HOW MY DOCOTER AND MYSELF DID NOT AGREE WITH THE FINDINGS AND SHE SAID WELL IM SORRY TO GEAR THAT AND TO HAVE A NICE DAY AND THEN HUNG UP.

I was having a problem with leakage where the small elbow hooks into the mask. I took my equipment to Total Respiratory, and was given a new elbow with a baffle on it, and it has been working wonderfully!
