My inspector and technician's name was Travis and Dina helped set up the appointment. They were both very professional and friendly. Travis was very knowledgeable and professional. My home inspection resulted in the addition of a Radon gas inspection. It was detected that an evacuation pipe needed installed. Although I requested it be installed in a difficult spot, they were still able to get it done. Very happy with the installation as well as the detailed home inspection report with pictures and descriptions. As a new nervous home owner, this gave me great peace of mind. I feel the prices for the services provided are an awesome value, would definitely recommend their services.

Travis was professional from beginning to end with our new construction inspection. At first, I didn't think an inspection was really needed on a new construction home, but Travis found a couple things that really needed to be addressed before we moved in.
