This company states on its website that all its work is guaranteed and their company is customer focussed. If you choose their services my advice would be to seek clarity about their guarantee policy and ask for and keep a dated receipt for the work with the job number written upon it if you pay over the phone. TWG has provided and fitted new guttering, replaced double glazed panes and refurbished UPVC frames and a door in the recent past. This work has been mostly satisfactory and as other reviews state the fitters are punctual and tidy. However, when we had an issue recently with failing guttering joints it was difficult to get the company to take any responsibility and it took a lot of polite perseverance (including legal advice) to chase for responses and to challenge persistent ‘fobbing off’ before we did get fair and satisfactory redress.
