The employees only put on their masks if they're directly talking to you, otherwise they are not worn, even when other people are in the waiting area. Due to this fact, I decided to take a walk while my oil change and transmission fluid flush were being done rather than wait in the building. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. After my hour and a half walk, my car was still not done. I attempted to enter the building and ask about it, but I was not acknowledged at all, nor did the man behind the desk bother to put on his mask. I then went and waited outside the building for another two hours in the cold since clearly no precautions were being taken inside. At this point, it had been three and a half hours since I dropped my car off. I finally went back inside to ask when my car would be ready, and was told they had to order the transmission fluid for my car and were waiting on it to arrive. Nobody had communicated to me that there would be a significant time delay. Had I known that my car would end up taking a total of five hours instead of the estimated one hour, I would have asked to reschedule the transmission flush for another day. I ended up missing work and had to call another family member to leave work early to come pick me up because I had been waiting outside in the cold for so long. Unfortunately, simply communicating to me this time delay would have changed this poor outcome. This situation also would have been improved if employees were actually wearing masks and I could have felt safe waiting inside.

Brad (the owner) is awesome. He shoots it to you straight. He and his employees are professional and provide great service. I also appreciate that they take the pandemic seriously and follow appropriate precautions.

I had such a great experience here! I am a new grad on a budget with a huge list of fixes my car would benefit from. Brad invested his time in discussing all of my options and helping me weigh out the pros and cons of fixing each. He never made me feel like an inconvenience or rushed me and explained everything in simple terms a non-car person like myself could understand. Tuffy gave me a loaner car while my car was being worked on free of charge, and the nice guy at the register (I didn't get his name :( ) gave me a 30 coupon without me asking when I came to pick my car up. Mike did an awesome job with my Subaru; he was prompt and thorough and had my car back to me within 24 hours. Car fixes suck and are expensive any way you slice it, but if you have to get work done, I would definitely recommend this place!

One of the best repair shops I have ever been to, Brad was such a great help throughout the entire process. They are straight up with their prices, put out QUALITY work, and their customer service is amazing. I bought a Mercedes vehicle from Mercedes-Omaha, so I usually do my repairs there. Since the day I've walked off the lot with the keys, I've had numerous problems with my car. Recently, I've had trouble with starting my car and I knew it had to be because of my battery. I called Mercedes and they left me on hold for 30 minutes and I ended leaving a voicemail just to schedule an appointment. They have a history of doing this btw. I was fed up and found the closest place near my apartment. After a couple seconds of dialing Tuffy's, I was on the phone with Brad and got my battery replaced within a couple of days. At the dealership, I probably would've gotten charged upwards of 800 for a battery change. At Tuffy's, they charged me 360. I was shocked beyond belief. All I can say is that they go above and beyond to help their customers. I've been to a handful of repair shops, but at Tuffy's I knew I was being taken care of. Not only because of the honest pricing, but also because they really do care about their customers. Thank you to Brad and all the staff at Tuffy's Repair, seriously you guys are amazing!
